The Chest Throw is our fitness product designed to put your children's strength and agility to the test. Simply stand on the marked spot and throw the ball as far as you can. There are measured lines at every 0.1m from 0m to 10m. This is ideal when used with a football for younger kids or a basketball for older children. It can be installed and used as part of PE lessons, as an extra competition on sports day, or even used for fun at break time.
